waiting at the doctor. I am hoping that this doctor is more helpful than the last and doesn’t just tell me I can get surgery if I want to or try new hormones but not what kind and couldn’t tell me which would be more helpful. FINGERS CROSSED

this is not a whiney post for once
Felicity and I are now a registered animal therapy team through the national organization Pet Partners. This means that we can visit people at nursing homes, Middle Way House clients, those in hospice care, as well as people and children with disabilities. She is only the third therapy cat the Bloomington division - VIPaws, has seen in 15 years, it’s mainly dogs. The evaluator was shocked at how happy and calm she was during our testing today. I’m so excited and proud of her! Thanks again to everyone who has helped us over the past few months, especially when she almost died. We’re super thankful.

i just logged into my insurance online to try to figure shit out and stumbled upon an invoice of all the stuff my insurance has paid for since august of 2011 when i first had whooping cough. the total is $46,218.79. jesus christ. i am so lucky that i have such good insurance and that they dealt with that total and not me. i’m really glad that i am able to stay on my mom’s plan, and that she and my dad pays for my coverage. i’m happy that my insurance has covered everything i’ve had done without me having to pay more than a $50 copay. i also am thankful i have insurance for my cats now, they can be expensive brats, too. can all this gratitude fix my body now?
